John Roberts & Co use the Independent Referencing company to reference all our prospective Tenants. References will be requested from an employer, bank and any previous Landlord.  Personal referees are usually sought for private tenants and from solicitors or accountants for company tenancies.

 

 In order to qualify for satisfactory referencing, the potential Tenant requires a gross income of at least 33 times the monthly rental they are due to pay and it is therefore important that the applicant specifies their basic salary plus any regular bonuses or commissions. 

 

 Should a guarantor be deemed necessary they will be referenced accordingly to ensure their ability to meet the commitment in support of an individual applicant.  To be an acceptable guarantor an individual must be a UK resident and also have a monthly income of at least 33 times the monthly rent.
