Utilities
Unless otherwise stated the rent per month will not include the cost of the Utilities and payment for all Utilities including Council Tax, gas water and telephone, will be the responsibility of the Tenant
The relevant meters will be read at the commencement and again at the termination of the tenancies to provide meter readings to open and close the Tenants accounts. Those Tenants living in properties managed by John Roberts & Co will have their Council Tax, gas, electric and water accounts opened for them.
