- Prepare full details of the property including detailed floor plans plus interior and exterior photos
- Advertising on property portals such as Rightmove and in property publications
- Negotiate the tenancy and carry out referencing on prospective Tenants using an independent Referencing agency
- Prepare the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements.
- Submit the tenant's deposit to the Deposit Protection Scheme at no charge
- Arrange for an independent Inventory clerk to prepare an Inventory & check the Tenants in
- Transfer the Utilities into the tenants name
- Serve any relevant notices and arrange extensions to the lease as required
