Rent Guarantee Insurance
Prospective tenants are referenced by specialist independent referencing company MARAS - who provide referencing and insurance products specifically to the residential lettings industry.
Once Maras deems a prospective Tenant to be satisfactory, they offer Landlords "Rental Guarantee Insurance". Once a Landlord takes out a policy, defaults in the rent will be covered. (see policy terms for conditions)
