Prior to the end of your tenancy, the tenant will be contacted to arrange a mutually convenient time to be checked out of the property by the Inventory Clerk.

Inventory Clerks are usually independent of both the landlord and the tenant and their decisions are final. At the time of the check out the meter readings will be taken which can be used to close the accounts for the Utilities and the keys of the property will be handed over.  Please see that everything listed in the inventory is returned to its original position.

Any extra cleaning will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the dilapidation deposit. A forwarding address should be left with the landlord or his agent for the refund of the deposit monies.  It is the responsibility of the Tenant to redirect  mail.
